Christmas and the giving of gifts
Okay I first want to put out a disclaimer…the stuff that I am going to be writing is how I feel and if you get offended its your fault.
I dont understand my Banga, or as most people call them, grandma, because she buys me the most insane stuff off the internet and out of magazines that I would never use ever, probably not even if the earth was about to explode. She thinks I am like a 7 year old and the stuff she buys me is cute. Take for instance the clothes she buys me. They are usually 2 sizes to big and very little kiddish, which is why she has stopped buying us clothes on her own and sticks to shopping with us for clothes and letting us pick out what we want. But she still wants to buy us other stuff for christmas on top of the clothes. Well I know it is supposed to be the thought that counts, I still dont want my Banga wasting my Papas, or grandpa, money on stuff I am never going to use and not going to like. The thing about the stuff that she buys is that you cant return them most of the time or it just isnt even worth it at all. I know I should be more thankful and appreciative about the stuff she gets me, but I cant if they are bogus gifts that nobody in their right mind except for old people would ever use or buy in the first place. I hate to put such a downer on Christmas but hey its how I feel and I had to let it out and that is what this thing is for.
